Hey! Our May issue is out — grab it if you still haven’t! Here’s a trick – notice the UNO logo? If you tilt it in a certain direction, you’ll notice a small caps silhouette, which is really a teaser of sorts. And that happy prognostic is what we’re looking over in our creative director’s Mac (Caption this!).
More behind the scenes of us goofing around (and more hot photos of Shawn even when she’s not trying to look hot):

I am so, so late.
But Denise is a nice girl.
There are some things that don’t add up, things that can’t possibly make sense when expressed mathematically. But then there’s Denise Laurel. You hear things like ‘girl next door,’ and ‘cute,’ and ‘nice’ thrown around a lot, but you look at Denise and go ’Yeah. Yeah, that makes sense.’ So I’m not too worried. She won’t mind me being late.

I also have to say, I’m liking the new direction Uno’s going in, giving us our favorite filipina beauties in all their natural splendor and not letting some wet behind the ears (OMG know how to use the airbrush tool!) college intern turn them into something nearly unrecognizable. [FAD]
Denise Laurel on the cover of UNO Magazine May 2009. We’re finally experiencing the RJ Ledesma effect on this cover of UNO. Minimalism is the theme, removing the usual text on the cover making us think what’s inside. And we like it. [PCO]

In other news, he’s re-teamed with the Muscles From Brussels for a new Universal Soldier movie.
